Highlighting the zone where the land meets the sea, this exhibit is a visual banquet of colors, textures and images. Here you can: - Learn to identify a variety of common beach rocks.
- Examine sands from around the world.
- See diving birds fly through schools of fish.
- Assemble the "Washington Geo-Puzzle" - a one of a kind interactive exhibit demonstrating the land forming processes that made this area.
- Compare fossils of ancient marine mammals and invertebrates to their present day relatives.
- Stand next to a 12-foot model of a bluff.
- Enjoy daily interpretive programs that embellish exhibit themes.
- Participate in classes and lectures series.
