Interpretive programs are offered at 2:30 pm on Saturday in our Marine Exhibit and 2:30 pm Sunday in our Natural History Exhibit. These lively programs are guaranteed to inform, educate and entertain you with the wonders of our marine life and local shorelines. Check the calendar, below, to see our current schedule.
On all other days that our exhibits are open we lead Daily Discoveries programs during open hours in our exhibits. Join our staff in exploring unique things not always on display, like skeletons and fossils from our closet or animals off the dock. Anything that piques our interest is sure to pique yours too.
On Fridays, we lead guided nature walks to explore with you the shoreline and upland habitats of beautiful Fort Worden State Park. Nature walks start in the portico of the Natural History Exhibit, but departure times vary depending on the activity. See the calendar, below, for nature walk times and topics.
